Instructions

An Affiliate Member in the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS is a business owner or individual who, while not actively engaged in the real estate profession, has interests requiring information concerning real estate, and is in sympathy with the objectives of the Association.

I hereby apply for Affiliate Membership in the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS , enclosing my payment which is to be returned to me in the event of non-election.

In the event of my election, I agree to abide by the Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations of the Association. I consent that the Association, through its Membership Committee or otherwise, may invite and receive information and comment about me and my organization from any member or other person, and I further agree that any information and comment furnished to the Association by any person in response to the invitation shall be conclusively deemed to be privileged and not form the basis of any action by me for slander, libel, or defamation of character.
