The Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® has announced a new name: East Tennessee REALTORS®. The association comprises 12 counties: Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Cumberland, Fentress, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott and Union.

Seth Alan Price, age 38, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 2, 2023.

He was born in Maryville, TN on August 7, 1984 to parents Patricia Cutshall Price and Dwight Alan Price, both of Maryville. Seth was a successful real estate broker and owned Price & Associates Realtors, LLC. He was a 2002 graduate of Maryville High School and had an Associate’s degree from Pellissippi State Community College. Seth lived in West Knoxville and worked in all surrounding counties to help people find homes to rent.
