With over a decade of experience in operations leadership, local banking, and community development, I specialize in relationship-first financial advice rooted in a growth mindset. As VP of Mortgage Lending at Rate, Inc., I work closely with buyers, builders, Realtors®, and nonprofits to guide clients through the mortgage process with clarity, compassion, and expertise.

Before joining Rate, I spent years advising small businesses, leading banking teams, and expanding access to lending solutions for first-time buyers and underrepresented communities. I’ve managed million-dollar portfolios and coached top-performing teams—but what drives me is helping families and individuals unlock stability and legacy through homeownership.

I’m actively involved in several local organizations, including Appalachian Equality Chorus, Keep Knoxville Beautiful, and NAMMBA Knoxville. Through these connections, I advocate for inclusive lending, environmental equity, and strong, values-driven communities across East Tennessee.
