Description

To close is simply to ask for a decision. It can be asking the seller to list their property, accept a buyer’s offer, or asking the buyer to make a decision to write a sales contract.

Closing is often associated with aggressiveness and controlling behavior, which is why many agents are uncomfortable with asking for a decision. It’s not! It’s about being confident in coaching the prospect or client through the decision-making process. Closing is a learned skill involving a process that begins long before asking for a decision. Participants will learn how the process works, and how to apply it to coach the clients to make a decision.
