Join us as guest instructor Daniel Park, who has a master's degree in Organizational Leadership with specialization in Emotional Intelligence, defines emotional intelligence (EI) and explains why it's important. Class discussion will focus on EI how it can benefit you both in business and at home. Specifically, you will learn in detail the five elements of Emotional Intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and people skills. In addition to understanding these elements, you will learn various skills to allow you grow in each of these five critical elements.

Instructor Daniel Park has contributed as a co-founder and manager of Mosaic House in Prague, Czech Republic, a unique accommodation business specializing in hospitality and green technology. Following his time in Prague, Daniel served as the Ministry Development Coordinator for Breakaway Ministries at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
