The initial meeting with a potential Seller sets the tone for your entire business relationship.  How should you prepare for this uber important meeting?  

After completing this course , participants will have a better understanding of what Sellers are looking for in a real estate professional and be able to prepare to answer many of the questions Sellers ask.  

We'll cover getting the home ready to market, dealing with electronic recording devices, disclosures, repairs and much more.  If you plan to work with Sellers, this course is for you!
