Every seller wants to know what the agent will do to sell their property. The "what I will do to sell your property", is the agent's STORY, and will vary from one agent to another. While most adults are visual learners, agents often rely on 'telling' their STORY rather than 'showing and telling' their STORY. 

Adding visuals to the agent’s presentation will help them be more effective in the seller understanding and remembering their STORY. However, there are some fundamentals that need to be presented. When these fundamentals are accompanied with effective visuals, the agent will have a dynamic presentation, one that will result in additional listings and sales.
