TREC Commercial Core covers topics set forth by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and reflects updated laws, rules, and interpretations important to licensees practicing commercial real estate.

Note: This course will fulfill the 6hr Core requirement for any licensee, it is not restricted to commercial licensees only.
