Supra is experiencing issues affecting the eKEYs ability to receive updates. Supra is aware of the problem and is working on a solution. 
If you need to update your eKEY, go to More in bottom right of the eKEY app, press About eKEY APP, then press Emergency Update Code and select the link for Supraweb to receive an update code.
